函数名	返回类型	说明
cabs	double	返回复数znum的绝对值
calloc	void *	分配nelem个长度为elsize的内存空间并返回所分配内存的指针
ceil	double	返回不小于x的最小整数
cgets	char*	从控制台(键盘)读入字符串存于string中
chdir	int	使指定的目录path（如:"C:\\WPS"）变成当前的工作目录,
chmod	int	本函数用于设定文件filename的属性
clearerr	void	清除流stream上的读写错误
close	int	关闭handle所表示的文件处理
coreleft	unsigned long	返回未用的存储区的长度,以字节为单位
cos	double	返回x的余弦cos(x)值,x为弧度
cosh	double	返回x的双曲余弦cosh(x)值,x为弧度
country	struct country *	用来控制某一国家的相关信息,如日期,时间,货币等.
cprintf	int	发送格式化字符串输出给控制台(显示器),
cputs	void	发送一个字符串string给控制台(显示器)
creat	int	建立一个新文件filename，并设定读写性。
creatnew	Int	建立一个新文件filename，并设定文件属性
creattemp	int	建立一个新文件filename，并设定文件属性。
cscanf	int	从控制台读入一个字符串
ctime	char*	时间转换成字符串:Mon Nov 21 11:31:54 1983\n\0
ctrlbrk	void	设置中断后的对中断的处理程序.
